Diverse Selection of Books. CCC’s church library, located on the second floor, is named after the renowned Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones, a prominent Welsh Protestant minister and medical doctor known for his influential preaching in the 20th century. The library offers a variety of books from different genres, authors, and historical periods. Since we believe in reading widely and deeply across a broad spectrum of subjects, you may find some books and authors in our library that we do not fully endorse. We encourage members to exercise discernment while reading and to discuss any questions with the pastors. If you have books you would like to donate to the church, please let us know.
A Space to Meet & Read. The Lloyd-Jones Library is a great space for Discipleship Group meetings, getting together with members, or simply finding a quiet place to read and study. It also houses the smaller Bunyan Meeting Room. All members receive a key to the church building, making the library and its resources available at any time.
Resources Available for Checkout. All books in the library and those displayed in the downstairs foyer are available for check-out by members and regular visitors. Please use the check-out binders provided. Resources can be borrowed for up to three months and renewed on a monthly basis. The library also offers a selection of topical pamphlets. If you wish to take or distribute any of these, please inform the pastors so they can ensure the resources are restocked as needed.
